July Newsletter
Mission U 2023 will be held in July at two locations, Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell, July 14-16 and University of Jamestown, Jamestown ND, July 20-22. There will also be a Zoom presentation on August 10-12.
Registration Forms are on the bulletin board in the church and in the CMC. Registration is due early in July so make your plans quickly.
This will be a two-year study, with a distinct curriculum created for both 2023 and 2024 under the broader theme of Living the Kin-dom. Join us as we explore the good news and what it means for our lives.
The author of “Living the Kin-dom”, Riva Tabelisma gives fresh eyes to the Lord’s Prayer. Each of the sessions examines a section of the Lord’s Prayer from Matthew 6:9-13. “Come” she says, “let’s explore together the heart of Jesus as we seek to be in mission today.”
Study leaders are Pastor Marty Toepke-Floyd and pastor Debra Ball-Kilbourne.
