About Our Worship!
When: 9:00 a.m.
Where: Trinity United Methodist Church's Sanctuary
111 South Main St., Lead, SD
Who: Everyone is welcome!
Children: Children are most definitely welcome!
Following our Children's moment, they are invited to participate in Sunday School.
Worship: Worship is a blend of modern and traditional, with both contemporary music and hymns,
and the preaching is conversational. We begin worship with a time of announcements,
sharing of prayer requests (both the joys and concerns), and a time of greeting.
Worship usually lasts about an hour.
Fellowship: Please join us for coffee and refreshments in the
CMC next to the church following worship.
What should I wear?: COME AS YOU ARE. We're pretty casual.
We have folks in jeans and shirts, to Sunday best. All are welcome.
God doesn't care about what we're wearing, God wants to see our hearts!
Communion: We share in communion on the 1st Sunday of the month. All are welcome
to share in the meal. You do not have to be a member of our church, or a member of
our denomination. We ask that you come seeking a relationship with Jesus Christ.
We offer grape juice and gluten free bread to try and make the meal accessible to all.

Meet Pastor Jason Christensen
Pastor Jason was born and raised in Spearfish, South Dakota. He attended seminary at Sioux Falls Seminary-The KAIROS Project. Pastor Jason has ten years of ministry experience, five years as a minister of Adult Discipleship in Meridian Idaho and Rapid City, SD. He was the lead Pastor of The Todd-Mellette County Parish in South Central SD from 2018-2022. Pastor Jason was appointed to Trinity United Methodist Church of Lead, South Dakota in July of 2022. He is married to Janet Christensen, they have two sons, Spencer and Drew.
